Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician- (Hiring Spring/Summer 2024)
Job Description
A growing private outpatient behavioral health practice has immediate openings for a licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LBS) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate has experience treating adults and/or children and adolescents struggling with anxiety-related disorders, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and avoidance behaviors (i.e. substance abuse, self-injurious behaviors, etc.) Knowledge of evidence-based treatments is preferred. We are looking for a professional, personable, and self-reliant individual interested in establishing him or herself as a therapist in a private setting and becoming part of our growing team.

We accommodate the full-time working professional looking for schedule flexibility on nights and weekends. Insurance accreditation is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
Clinicians are responsible for completing intake assessments with all new clients while establishing a strong therapeutic alliance. To provide evidence-based treatment consistent with "best-practice" for the presenting problem while upholding the profession's ethical code of conduct and standards. Clinicians are also responsible for completing the appropriate documentation following every session.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of a Master's degree and a license in the field of psychology is required
Training in trauma-informed treatment is a plus. Certifications in BCBA , CBT, DBT or other evidence-based therapies are appreciated.
