Mental Health Insurance Rates: Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
You should personally check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions with your local healthcare representative:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician, (do I need a referral)?
Out of Pocket Rates:
Counseling cash fees are equivalent to insurance reimbursement rates, reasonable and customary for the area.
Assessment costs are established on a case by case basis, dictated by time and type of report needed.
Reduced Cash Fee
Reduced cash fee for service is available on a case by case basis, dictated by personal need and therapist credentials, (certification, licensure status, etc).
Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards, (Mastercard, Visa) accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the FULL cost of the session.
